I am not here. But yet I am. I am in each and every person I have met. It may have been a word, a heartache or a good time we shared' In my life I had many good friends: and many true friends. I loved my children. I loved my wife. And I loved my family. I was fortunate to have lived as I pleased. I am true to myself; and this was the most important thing I accomplished in life. I was a force to be reckoned with if confronted: and defended those I loved without hesitation. I lived my life with passion and ferocity. I am Michael Kevin Haynes. the one, the only, proudly. Sometime after I am gone, perhaps I will cross your mind...if I do remember the times we had together. I was your friend till the end...that is who I am. My pain is over, and I lay down to rest on my terms. If i caused you pain; I apologize most genuinely. I loved life and lived it to the fullest. If you loved me then honor me by doing the same in your own life. OK? Put me away for awhile and don't dwell. But remember me always, for you were what made my life worth living....

I am I and you are you, whatever we were to each other that we still are. Speak to me in the easy way which you always used. Why should I be out of mind because I am out of sight? Life means all that it ever meant, it is the same as it ever was.
